First VisitYour initial visit is a crucial step in the treatment planning process. During this visit, we will get to know you by reviewing your health history, performing an examination, explaining your diagnosis, and creating a treatment plan. Your consultation visit will conclude with a brief visit with one of our financial coordinators. SchedulingOhio Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center is open on Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 4pm. Your appointment will be scheduled as quickly as possible and special considerations will be given to emergency situations for same-day consultations.Our goal is to provide a prompt service, however, there may be times that certain surgical procedures may take longer than the allocated time. Financial InformationFor your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and CareCredit.Our goal is to provide the finest care at a reasonable cost. Unless previous arrangements have been made, payment is due at the time services are rendered. You are responsible for all fees charged by Ohio Valley Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Center regardless of your insurance coverage. You will receive a monthly statement, and insurance companies typically respond within 4-6 weeks. Please contact us immediately if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment.
